About Us
Our Philosophy
Over the past two decades, our team began to recognize the trend of family businesses struggling with the transition from one generation to another. Technology, inexperience, business immaturity, old habits, stubbornness, “we’ve always done it this way” were some common obstacles that each of these small businesses were facing. Collectively we asked ourselves “how can we harness the experience given by our elders while fostering the “need to win” mentality by our youth.
We believe management should not be over-your-shoulder everyday. Clear goals broken down into tiny steps can be held accountable on a weekly basis. We have found Management that comes in and gets their hands dirty 4-6 times per month is most effective. Our goal is to help our small business owners bridge the gap to new leadership in a timely, cost effective manor.
Our goal is to provide businesses with flexible, high-level management that can drive growth, improve performance, and navigate challenges without the long-term financial commitment of a full-time executive team.
